Our Role In
The Partnership

Project Caucasus partners with MountainSafety.info (MS.i) to strengthen avalanche awareness and knowledge within Georgia’s mountain communities.

Two years ago, we jointly hosted Georgia’s first Train the Trainers program. Developed by Manuel Genswein and delivered in more than 30 countries, the program helps local mountain professionals develop the skills to become educators within their own communities. Through intensive training and years of continued learning and practice, participants build the expertise needed to pass this knowledge on—creating a lasting, locally rooted approach to mountain safety.

As part of this partnership, we also translated the MS.i website into Georgian, making its educational materials accessible in their own language to Georgian mountain professionals.
