About The
Freeride
World Tour
The Freeride World Tour (FWT) is managed by FWT Management SA, based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Its roots trace back to 1996 with the creation of the Xtreme Verbier, a single competition that grew into what is now recognised as the world's leading freeride circuit. Since the tour's launch in 2008, it has brought together the world's best freeride skiers and snowboarders to compete on iconic alpine faces at renowned resorts across the globe.
Today the FWT describes itself as building the "Home of Freeride" together with its riders, community, and fans around the world.

FWT
Junior
FWT Junior is the tour's pathway for young riders, built to nurture the next generation of freeride talent while placing strong emphasis on safety, injury prevention, and understanding the mountain environment. It gives junior athletes a structured, internationally recognised route into competitive freeride skiing and snowboarding.
An FWT
Academy
Partner
As a licensed FWT Academy Partner, Project Caucasus delivers freeride coaching and guiding in Georgia under the FWT Junior framework — connecting local riders and visiting guests to the same standards of safety, coaching, and mountain education that underpin the Freeride World Tour globally.
Our home terrain in Svaneti is well known within the freeride community, having hosted Freeride World Tour events on some of the Caucasus's most striking big-mountain faces — making Georgia a natural home for this partnership.
